The massive gathering was one of many impeachment marches across the country Sunday.

While lawmakers are unlikely to pursue an impeachment of President Donald Trump any time soon, that didn’t stop protesters from hitting the streets in Los Angeles on Sunday to demand his ouster.

Thousands of protesters assembled for the march in the city’s downtown, the Los Angeles Times estimated, while more than 12,000 indicated on the event’s Facebook page that they were attending. It was one of the biggest turnouts for the nearly 50 impeachment marches organized around the U.S. on Sunday by a group of volunteers, who raised money for the events on crowdfunding sites. They did not identify any partner groups.

Impeachment is a political process, and it’s is enshrined in the Constitution. We cannot afford to have a president that breaks the law,” LA march organizer Tudor Popescu said at the rally, pointing to former FBI director James Comey’s testimony that Trump asked him to drop the investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s ties to Russia.

God bless America! This seems like a worthwhile way to celebrate this Fourth of July - Independence Day!

How many buses did the DNC and george soros have to rent to get their paid protestors to show up...did they get a lunch break?
No evidence of any such thing, dupe.

The OP has the political IQ of a small soap dish. Of all places.......nothing could be more irrelevant than California having a call for impeachment. Doing a protest in Budapest would have more of an impact. Essentially, the state of Californa is null and void in the electoral process from now until eternity.....:deal:....only matters what happens in the middle of America where people are very white, very privileged and sick and tired of the k00ks thinking in places like California. Nobody cares what they think...:bye1:...has no effect on a general election anymore.

Wow, delude much.

The most populous state with by far the most electoral votes. An economy twice the size of Taxus. You poor saps are in for a rude awakening. Trump lost the popular vote by almost 4 million votes. Most Americans didn't want this piece of shit to be president, but a quirk in our elections allowed it to happen. But you poors bungs think the state of things now is going to be perpetual until the end of time. Too funny. It will end in 2018 and Trump will either be impeached, resign, or be under investigation for numerous violations of the Constitution.

California is leading the way in giving Trump the finger on everything he wants to destroy. And yes we'd love to secede, just like Taxus has been wanting to do for the last 10 years. So join us! It's time to break up the union. All the poor red states can go form their third world country and all the blue states can form a new America that will be instantly respected around the world.

Cons, you need to get it through your heads, your worldview is one of a tiny minority of human beings. Isis believes in your idea of a religious state, maybe the Mormons and the Saudis, as well as the Iranians. But that's it.

So secede, go form your fake Kristian Kaliphate and be happy! Email your Congressman today!

This didn't happen under Obama... or even Bush or Reagan.
Wonder if any deplorable asked themself why.
America is pissed and they're not going to take it any longer..

Because we on the right don't take to the streets every time we lose an election? America isn't pissed...liberals in America are pissed! There is a difference!

Trump lost by 4 million votes derpy. The majority are in the streets, not sitting behind a computer whining about the majority in the streets.

With all Trump massive and very impressive rallies 20,000 to 30,000 we've ever seen.
We are very surprised he only received anemically 63 millions votes about 1 million more than Mitt Romney. Why?
With all the long massive lines of white folks during election only 63 millions. Why?
Answer-----He won the election fair and legal-------- But he does not represent majority of Americans on top of his divisive and childish erratic behavior he is not the type of president that we normally we expect to run this country.
The 63 millions are now dwindling fast that I can tell you.

Do these brain dead zombies know that's not how it works? No, they don't know anything at all, that's why they are there.

In your imagination. Please, post up the exact number because human beings never approximate, or estimate, or paraphrase, especially on a message board. Help us to be exactly accurate oh Seer of All the Knowledge That is Good and Accurate. Cure us of this terrible debilitating disease of the mind that has us say things like Pi, rather than type out the entire decimal point value. Show the way to the millions that 'round up' or 'round down'. Explain how Faux News lying about and getting thousands of stories wrong over the last 20 years is of no value but CNN making an error and then correcting it, as all real NEWS organizations do, is 'proof they are Satan against America'. Illuminate how giving $35,000 to fake Trump University is 'money well spent' but sending kids to Berkeley is 'just a waste of money and time'. Also if you like, keep track of how many words I use in a paragraph and let me know how many is too many.

Thanks. I'm waiting on the edge of my seat!

2.8 is the approximation everyone else seems to be using.

how did she get another million, and where is your link for it?

Trump won the Electoral College which is how we elect a President in this country! You don't get to change the rules to the game because it didn't work out the way you wanted it to! The people that are in the streets demanding a new President are poor losers...nothing more! You don't like the outcome of the last election? Run a candidate that doesn't label half the country deplorable simply because they don't like or trust her! The only whining going on right now is by you snowflakes!

As for the number in the popular vote? When certain States refuse to enforce election laws because they don't want to "offend" voters by making sure they are actually eligible to vote, it brings into question whether the vote totals from those States are legitimate. THAT is more of an issue than "Russian collusion", which you people haven't yet shown changed a single American vote!

Entire country is on high alert because of cutting Medicaid for the poorest Americans that supported him.

The money would be going to the states as block grants, last I heard. You have no confidence in your state?

Election laws was enforced during election and you cannot provide a single proof evidence that 3 to 5 millions illegals voted during last election.
There are thousands and thousand of republican workers at the poll ------- Not a single one of them claim that there are any illegal or irregularities. But here you are plugging that kind of conspiracy. Sad.

Entire US senators, secretary of States and governors in this country ---- never supported Trump in this conspiracy.

Wrong again.
You cut off Medicaid meaning you cut off the Medicaid for the people. It's that simple.

I have full confidence in my state.

How would they know until ID was checked, something liberals vehemently oppose.
