Let's end the malignant cancer of the military-industrial complex and invest the money saved: half on infrastructure, 25% to pay down the debt and 25% on educating the mindless American public, and curing the mental diseases created by advertising, propaganda, brainwashing and other crimes of the mass media and lobbying fat cats.

Oh, and reforming welfare would be good, too. I suggest getting rid of the vast, wasteful bureaucracy and simply providing every citizen with a modest guaranteed annual income.

Reduce Military to 400 billion a year. Cut the size in half but modernize it the way it deserves. Increase darpa and r@d part somewhat to make sure that our military stays on the leading edge.

Have welfare reform limiting abled bodied adults. Maybe a work program and only up to 24 weeks?

Put the 300 billion into science, tech and infrastructure. Maybe Increase our science and tech budget to make damn sure China can never catch us.

Modernize our energy grid and infrastructure.
