UK don't accept people increasing racial tension. They went too far in this case but they will stop someone who is preaching hate especially to cause a reaction... Don't like it, don't fucking go there... UK has a lot less racial tension than the US, live and working the places and you know the difference. The UK think that shout obscenities at group in a known area is inciting violence and treat it much like shouting fire in a theatre.
