Today is a watermark day. The day the progressives/liberals begin their decline...

They should lock all these protesters up.
That is not a peaceful protest.
They are blocking the way for people to walk freely.
They are interrupting people's travel.
Why do you hate America and the American way?

It is not the American way to disrespect other people's rights and property.
democrats aren't going to understand that until they start dying.
Death threats now? I ask again, why do you hate Americans and the American way?

No. Not a threat.
Just a reality of what is to come once the real fighting starts.
Keep turning up the heat, it's not going to end well.
Don't lie, you just said Democrats would die. That's a threat. So you are an American hater and a liar as well.

Must be a tRumpkin.

Gasp! A peaceful demonstration? How dare they have free speech! Burn them all!

Yup...just like a little kid with a temper tantrum these juveniles have to have their way to be damned with inconveniencing others. It's my way or no way.

"Peaceful protests"???

WASHINGTON – Nearly 60 people were arrested Thursday after police descended on a crowd of protesters blocking a street and hoping to make a statement against the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

The arrests in the nation's capital not far from the steps of the high court came as thousands rallied across the country in solidarity with university professor Christine Blasey Ford, whose accusations against Kavanaugh fueled outrage on both sides of the controversy.

U.S. Capitol police said 57 of the protesters were arrested for "unlawful demonstration activities'' and another two in the same location were arrested and charged with crossing a police line.59 arrested near Supreme Court as thousands nationwide rally against Kavanaugh nomination

But as I pointed out in the OP.... this is the languishing cries of a dying movement. These people will be growing old and some if not many will be eventually embarrassed about their
juvenile actions. The rest of us adults just have to let these kids have their tantrums.
Meanwhile they are being arrested and becoming ineligible to vote.
Misdemeanor does not preclude voting.
Criminals who get a slap on the wrist are criminals for life.

You really need to start worrying about crime reducing votes for your party.

The only remotely high class people in your party are now becoming violent sociopaths.

Man...I wish I had a dollar for every time I've heard someone say that in the past 30 or 40 years.

"49 STATES! The Democrats are dead!"

Well then maybe you can explain this that has happened in the last

"49 STATES! The Democrats are dead!"

And you are correct for the last 40 years the MSM in conjunction as I've shown frequently being campaign donors and news presentations biased this has happened!

The AP cites a Pew Research Center report that two-thirds (66%) of Americans believe “fabricated news” is causing a “great deal of confusion” about basic facts,
and a poll conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago found the percentage of Americans expressing a “great deal of confidence” in the press
has fallen from 28 percent in 1976 to just 8 percent in 2016.
The Media Still Can't Figure Out Why They're Losing Credibility
Couch Potatoes Get Their Brains Peeled

Judged by the fact that they and this punditto criticizing them don't even know that media is plural, the media and their fake-alternative scribbling classmates are equally ignorant, careless, and falsely educated. Anyone who copies their Diploma Dumbo grammar is being controlled without realizing it. Doing that is a sign that the smug opponent actually respects presstitutes, but he will never admit it as his mind deteriorates through not recognizing that Jurinalism degrees promote pissants.

I don't think 'peaceful' means what you think it means.

I don't think you know what it means.
The context is disturbing the peace.
In other words the peace is the ability for people to go about their lives without interference or interruption.

Really? I thought it was in the context of 'Anger, Hatred and Violence'. You know, like the OP claimed.

Not blocking traffic.

And if you'd like to equate blocking traffic with hatred and violence, you'd be going full snowflake. You never want to go full snowflake.

No hatred and violence, unless you block my right to peacefully go about my life.
There is no right to block traffic.
SPLAT! And That's That.

Turn the Antiffies into bumper stickers.

But never heard lock him up, only lock her up
bchul1ade1p11.jpg

Have you ever actually seen the list of crimes Hillary has gotten away with?
How come the women who stand behind their account of being raped by Bill Clinton have never been given any real help investigating ?

It's all cutesy and giggles to laugh when corruption is protecting you.
Someday the tables may turn and you probably won't be able to handle it.

Blocking traffic isn't hatred or violence. I could definitely see some anger, though.

Then what kind of person are you to cause problems in another human being's life, who you don't even know?
That is republican at work.

Hillary is the most investigated person on the planet.

And by 'gotten away with', you mean never charged or convicted of?

Even now, conservatives are demonstrating that they don't give a fiddler's fuck about due process or the presumption of innocence. Making their manufactured outrage at merely calling for an investigation during a job interview all the more hapless and comic.

Here is PROOF that this thread I started is the TRUTH!!!
This video of an attorney, a woman, a lifelong Democrat and the proud mother of sons.
The Kavanaugh debacle was the last straw.

Do you know what anecdotal evidence is and why it is absolutely NOT PROOF of anything at all?

THANK YOU!!! You have proven my POINT! What do you think then was the Blasey-Ford story? Certainly NO evidence. Again YOU are right. Anecdotal.
Now you can't have it both ways unless you are ideologically driven rather than fact driven.

jiFfM.jpg

Anecdotal story is called such because it does not prove anything about the GENERAL, not because it is a false story.

Conservatives are obsessed with the Argument by Anecdote fallacy. For crying out loud, one lady named Carol Fair made a mean tweet about republican men and there were 5 -count them FIVE- threads about it where republicans insisted that she was evidence that 'leftists' and 'feminists' and 'lesbians' were hateful monsters.

Fox News entire business model is finding individual stories to 'represent' enormous groups.

Yup. Its a $50 dollar fine. You'd get more severe punishments jaywalking.

Gasp! A peaceful demonstration? How dare they have free speech! Burn them all!
How dare they, they have the backing of people like George Soros. Here I list just a little bit of his power:
Who owns the Democratic/ Progressive Party? Well, here it is.

George Soros is one of the most powerful men on earth. A New York hedge fund manager, he has amassed a personal fortune estimated at about $13 billion (as of 2009). His company, Soros Fund Management, controls at least another $25 billion in investor assets. Since 1979, Soros's foundation network -- whose flagship is the Open Society Foundations (OSF) -- has dispensed more than $5 billion to a multitude of organizations whose objectives are consistent with those of Soros. With assets of $1.93 billion as of 2008, OSI alone donates scores of millions of dollars annually to these various groups.

"The Shadow Party is the real power driving the Democrat machine. It is a network of radicals dedicated to transforming our constitutional republic into a socialist hive. The leader of these radicals is ... George Soros. He has essentially privatized the Democratic Party, bringing it under his personal control. The Shadow Party is the instrument through which he exerts that control.... It works by siphoning off hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign contributions that would have gone to the Democratic Party in normal times, and putting those contributions at the personal disposal of Mr. Soros. He then uses that money to buy influence and loyalty where he sees fit. In 2003, Soros set up a network of privately-owned groups which acts as a shadow or mirror image of the Party. It performs all the functions we would normally expect the real Democratic Party to perform, such as shaping the Party platform, fielding candidates, running campaigns, and so forth. However, it performs these functions under the private supervision of Mr. Soros and his associates. The Shadow Party derives its power from its ability to raise huge sums of money. By controlling the Democrat purse strings, the Shadow Party can make or break any Democrat candidate by deciding whether or not to fund him. During the 2004 election cycle, the Shadow Party raised more than $300 million for Democrat candidates, prompting one of its operatives, MoveOn PAC director Eli Pariser, to declare, 'Now it’s our party. We bought it, we own it…'"

The 'Shadow Party' is yet another imaginary boogeyman that conservatives make up to blame for their problems. Like the 'Swamp', the 'Deep State', 'Death Panels' and "Obama's army'.

The Washington Post has built a sizable army of reporters to dig into every facet of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's life, urged on by new owner Jeff Bezos to reveal everything about the potential nominees.

Post Associate Editor Bob Woodward revealed Wednesday that the Post has assigned 20 staffers to Trump. In addition the paper plans a book.
Washington Post assigns army of 20 to dig into 'every phase' of Trump's life

Jeff Bezos is now the richest man in modern history
  • Jeff Bezos’ fortune just crossed the $150 billion mark, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
  • That’s $55 billion richer than Bill Gates, at number two.
  • This milestone means Bezos is now the richest man in modern history on an inflation-adjusted basis.
Jeff Bezos is now the richest man in modern history

In review, The Washington Post publishes stories with emotionally loaded headlines such as “Trump escalates China trade war, announces plan for tariffs on $200 billion in products” and in editorials “The Trump administration created this awful border policy. It doesn’t need Congress to fix it.”
When it comes to sourcing they typically utilize credible sources such as Propublica.org, Associated Press, Slate, Princeton.edu, New York Times, wired.com and CNN.
Story selection and editorials tend to favor the left with the Washington Post only endorsing Democratic candidatessince 1976, including Hillary Clinton in the last election.

Overall, we rate The Washington Post Left-Center biased due to story selection that favors the left and factually High due to the use of proper sources. (5/18/2016) Updated (M. Huitsing 6/19/2018)

Washington Post - Media Bias/Fact Check
Washington Post prior to Trump was actually relatively unbiased. Such as Clinton the inauthentic, which all the conservatives cheered. The post has high ratings for factual reporting. Trump had actually praised Bezos and the Post.

Bezos himself doesnt take sides. He never took sides, only donated to non-partisan veterans group. Bezos only donated to DACA after they were attacked; but still refrains from partisan funding.
