Good luck there ladies. Keep a credit card tucked away in case you have to FLY somewhere long distance to exercise your CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT. Toobin has become more and more frustrated but he's NOT a flamethrower.

But not to worry, ONLY the poor women who don't have assets and American Express cards who are trapped are the ones who will really suffer. You know the ones that can afford it the most.

following news that Associate Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy will be leaving from the court.

Toobin, a former federal prosecutor in New York, is a longtime friend of Justice Elena Kagan, from their time together as classmates at Harvard Law School.

“Anthony Kennedy is retiring. Abortion will be illegal in twenty states in 18 months,” Toobin predicted.

The rich will fly to abortion areas and get the abortion pills, like you said only the poor will not have access to PP or abortions, maybe not even birth control pills or VD testing.

That's the future. Already here for many wonen in TEXAS. Women of little means are getting their 'morning after pills' at flea markets along the TEX-MEX border.

Yep, that sounds safe and effective

O my... U mean that we can't use abortion as a method of birth control? U mean that we can't go on into the last trimester (when the fetus is perfectly viable outside the womb) to have parts hacked off & sold by PP? U mean that we'll have to take personal responsibility for our sex lives? U mean that we may have to spend a few dollars a month at Walmart for birth control... and if our worst fears are realized, we may have to let a loving couple adopt our unwanted 'mistake'...?

Obviously you have not researched who gets abortions and why they do. Until you do , ignorance is not a virtue when it comes to this topic.

Anyone who wants an abortion can move to one of the 30 states that will still have it available...just as people now move from high tax states to low tax states.

Takes money to travel. The wealthy will have no problem.

Trump, while campaigning, said a woman should be punished for having an abortion.

Trump says a lot of things he wasn’t even against abortion until he decided to run for president

Trump actually never said that a woman should be punished for having an abortion. It was Chris Matthews who asked the hypothetical question if abortion was against the law and a woman broke the law by having an abortion, should she be punished? After first saying no, and Chrissy Matthews reminding him that it was against the law, Trump agreed with Mr. Tingle up his leg.

True. Irregardless, Trump was never anti-abortion till he choose the Repubs to run for POTUS under. Then he came up with some nice story about how he changed his mind...he just never once mentioned till he was running for president.

peach174 doesn't think republicans will outlaw abortions. Question for pro lifers. Do you think the new court will overturn Roe V Wade?

An opinion with no stats to back it. Nice.

This is and always has been an inflated issue to keep the feminist vote segregated for democrats.
It’s not like women catch pregnancies on crowded subways.
Don’t get pregnant. Then you won’t face the dilemma of what to do with a man’s baby.
