President Biden is said to have received the most votes of any US Presidential candidate in history in 2020, and he schlonged his opposition royally in the primaries this year- not even close.

I don't see how they can't nominate him, as long as he is able to do the job.

If Biden were to abdicate voluntarily, or be chucked out for being a fuckup, sure I could see him not running and replaced on the ticket with Kamala Harris.

But otherwise, it would be unfair for the Democrat Party voters who want him and would have chosen someone else if they thought he didn't want him. Those voters really won't have a say in the process and will be subject to electoral assrapery of their voting rites.
