During an interview with the Fox News Channel aired on Friday’s broadcast of “Special Report,” Commander, Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve Major General Joel Vowell responded to a question on if ISIS is reconstituting by stating that “We’ve seen the car bombs come back after a couple of years. So, those facilitation cells with spectacular attack capability have started coming up.” And said that potential attacks on the West have been disrupted “Recently.”
Fox News Chief National Security Correspondent Jennifer Griffin asked, [relevant exchange begins around 2:40] “The number of ISIS attacks in Iraq and Syria [has] doubled this year. Is ISIS reconstituting?”
Vowell answered, “We’ve seen the car bombs come back after a couple of years. So, those facilitation cells with spectacular attack capability have started coming up. These little tactical assaults and ambushes on formations are different this year compared to last year.”


Commentary:
The Bide-Harris open boarders policies have invited ISIS into Home Town USA.
The Biden-Harris Afghanistan fiasco of 2021 is coming back to haunt America. There's no doubt Gen. Vowell is referring to what has already crossed our southern border and is in the United States thanks to the Biden/Harris ticket.
Obviously, the presunptive Democrat Neo-Marxist president Harris doesn't see a problem with ISIS reforming. She seems more interested in "Climate Chaos"
For the same reason Barrack ordered the same pickup blown to smithereens over and over again while smuggling weapons to ISIS via Libya, including the killing of Christopher Stevens and three others in Benghazi.

I think that Russia's/China's/Brics goal is to energize America's enemies to become a part of America's wars.
