Rightwinger is still going on that Trumps days are numbered, and that number is vanishingly small. While I want this to be the case, I don't see it yet. I would like to drive a stake through his chances at midnight at a crossroads, they are too strong yet.

One good thing Trump has done is killed Bush's chances. For that, I will be always thankful.

You're one special kind of dumb ass if you believe that--LOL What Carly Fiorina is and has been saying is that to change the 14th amendment would require 2/3's of the senate and congress to approve it, then it would have to be ratified by 38 states. NOTE: That Presidents have nothing to do with this process. The odds of that happening are extremely remote, because Democrats aren't going to approve it. Nor will democrat held state legislatures.

The SPECIFIC language in the 14th amendment is very clear.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

There is no fuzzy wording in that, that can be interpreted to mean anything else than what it says. We can't ask our forefathers what their intent was, they're all dead.

The word "Jurisdiction"--Since we arrest and prosecute illegals every day, they are considered "under our jurisdiction"-- and this is the exact way the U.S. Supreme court would look at it, and they would not do anything about anchor babies, or make a change to the 14th amendment.

The point is we can waste a lot of time and energy to go nowhere with this, or secure our borders once and for all, as Carly Fiorina suggests. A secure border means no more anchor babies.
