It generates money for the locale and every business required to supply the golf course.

"It generates money for the locale?" How do people who do not golf, benefit from that course being there, and since Trump receives almost every dollar, how does the "locale" benefit? And what about the congestion of having a golf course from which I do not golf? What do I get out of it, if I were a paying tax payer in New York? Answer, not a damn thing. Trump loves his sports Socialism.

People have to work to maintain the course and people need to staff the club house (jobs) the green fees involve sales tax (revenue), etc.

Socialism involves gov middle men in all facets (overhead, waste).

Government tax dollars were provided to build the course. Those are the middle men. It's sports Socialism. It's the same for professional sports. A football stadium is built with tax dollars and people like you are conned every day into believing it is not. The players and their owners profit from our tax dollars for providing the facility and the players salaries.. Why are you people so damn ignorant with your surroundings?

The very thing Trump and Republicans rail about in their speeches, they benefit from.
