Biden is heading to the Kentucky-Ohio border to tout his accomplishment in getting the funding to fix the massive, important, but damaged bridge connecting Kentucky to Cincinnati. McConnell represents Kentucky, in case the moron thread starter wasn't aware.

President Obama (praise be unto Him!) went there years ago trying to get Republicans to fund the repairs to this bridge but Republicans didn't want to do anything that could help a Black man politically, even with a Kentucky Majority Leader and an Ohio Speaker of the House.
