Trump claims Arlington incident never happened. Says Harris just made it up.

Did you not get the memo that Kamala's Arlington smear job got shot down when a number of the families of the slain servicemen put out statements that they had invited Trump to be at the services? Oh, and they said they invited Biden and Harris but neither of them showed up.

No one questioned that they invited Trump.

The problem is he violated the law protecting the privacy of ALL of the families of those buried in that section by illegally taking his camera crew and campaign staff with him and making a political campaign video and posting it on his campaign site.

Then there's his use and abuse of these Gold Star families. How shameful of him to use their loved ones' death, to lie about and denigrate President Biden and VP Harris.

Shame on Trump and his staffers for treating these families so cruelly.

No one has proven that.

THE RULES ARE CLEAR, MARTY.

Then why hasn't the government clearly stated he had no permission?

Why have we seen plenty of other Presidents and former Presidents photographed and videoed at Arlington, some while running for re-election like Obama was?

No one has proven that.
The photos his campaign posted prove it.

And the family of a soldier whose gravestone was in the photos they published was told that the rules were broken:
Mr. Trump also posted a video with footage from the visit on TikTok; the narration over the video implicitly criticized the Biden administration for the withdrawal from Afghanistan. The footage included the back of a gravestone of Master Sergeant Andrew Marckesano, a Green Beret who died by suicide in 2020 and whose family did not know his grave would appear in a video.

The family said in a statement to The New York Times that it was told by cemetery officials that the Trump team did not adhere to the rules in place for the visit.

Did you expect the gold star families to know the law about filming commercials at Arlington cemetery?

Then stop representing it as the family in question like a hack.

Other Presidents have pictures of them taken while in Arlington, some who were running for re-election.
I don't even know what you mean by the family "in question". I didn't imply any such thing. Sorry if this is getting too complicated for you.

Trump isn't president, he had no official capacity there that day.
