According to the White House figures, they created over 20 million new government dependents on that program alone. Republicans could defund the Medicaid expansion and subsidies and claim Obama did it.

Fortunately I now think most people know Obama expanded Medicaid, which many are on except for some GOP run states, and gave them the ACA, I think many didn't realize they only got Medicaid due to expansion in most states.
