The penalty can be death ... OR imprisoned and fined.
But Weld did say what he said under the belief that death is the penalty in this case and he is very wrong for saying that. Now I'm gonna have to hold my nose when I vote for him in the primary.

Ordinary people vote, work on political campaigns, go to town hall meetings, attend meetings of their local school boards, etc in Boston and all around New England. Just because some people never do anything but bitch and moan on the internet doesn't mean no one else is involved.
