I keep hearing from Trump supporters that they don't care what a piece of shit he is, don't care if he broke the law (short of murder...maybe) because they "hired him to do a job"

Please...tell us what job you think you hired him to do.

And "Make America Great Again" isn't gonna cut it unless you can tell us what time period you want to return us to and what it was about that period that you favored.

And save the "Drain the Swamp" nonsense because we've seen that he has FILLED his campaign and Administration with the vilest of Swamp Creatures.

So..please.

Enlighten us. I have my own suspicions as to what that means but let's see how honest Trumpers can be

Very simple. He was hired to...

Repeal the ACA.
Build a wall on the Southern Border
Lower Taxes
Not be Hillary Clinton

To undo everything Obama did and change the course Obama set us on...and to stop a felon from winning....

He has already achieved those tasks....

Trump’s list: 289 accomplishments in just 20 months, ‘relentless’ promise-keeping

Yup. Looks like he did the job he was hired to do.

Of course the lefty loons would rather see the economy in shambles and UE through the roof. Oh and no jobs at all.

Sucks to be them.

Very simple. He was hired to...

Repeal the ACA.
Build a wall on the Southern Border
Lower Taxes
Not be Hillary Clinton
Show Republicans How to Resist Democrats
Piss Democrats and Leftidts off

He’s done an above average job. Not great but above average.
Hmmm..so he was hired to take healthcare away from millions of Americans. You DO know that the ACA is popular among a strong majority of Americans and even a large portion of Trump supporters use it and would have no healthcare with out it...

So much for the Stupid Wall. That was never gonna happen nor did it need to happen

Lower taxes? Well we're seeing how THAT worked out (hint...real well for the rich and corporations)

Not be Hillary Clinton? Your hatred is so strong you would inflict THIS fucking asshole on the nation?

And yea...trolling Dems is SUCH a worthwhile reason to put this criminal in the White House.

Wow...

To put young, conservative judges on the Supreme Court.

All the other stuff he's doing is just icing on the cake.

You are one shallow POS.

Hey cut an paste boy...do you realize that GDP is currently running at 2.6% and trending DOWN?

That Trump's tariffs are killing South Dakota?

We've ben through this already.

You're as big a partisan as anyone on this board. I pointed out the fact that I condemned Al Franken (someone who's policies I greatly admire) and stated that he should step down after the allegations of #metoo abuses.

Have you EVER done anything of the kind?

You didn't respond last time I challenged you. I don't expect you will here either

To put young, conservative judges on the Supreme Court.

All the other stuff he's doing is just icing on the cake.
Ding Ding Ding. We have a winner.

THAT is what it is really about folks. These Trumpers will do any damage it takes to put young ultra conservative Justices and judges on the courts...further damaging our nation.

Keep that in mind in 2020. They want to take away choice and push the corporatists agenda.

Healthcare is neither a Right nor a legitimate Constitutional concern of the Federal Government. Including Medicare.

We need walls on BOTH borders, without ports of entry. The fact that Mr Trump has been willing to support a Southern Wall is a great start.

The tax cuts weren’t large enough, they didn’t include the necessary tax increase on the poor and spending cuts were not implemented. A good start but not enough.

I hate almost everyone. Liberal Feminist Politicians just more than most.

I don’t want to troll Dems. I want to see them eradicated from this country permanently.

Economic Growth
  • 4.2 percent growth in the second quarter of 2018.
Big, smegging deal

united-states-gdp-growth.png

United States GDP Growth Rate | 2019 | Data | Chart | Calendar | Forecast
  • For the first time in more than a decade, growth is projected to exceed 3 percent over the calendar year.
Who cares what was projected? What matters is what actually happened.

'Real GDP increased 2.9 percent in 2018 (from the 2017 annual level to the 2018 annual level), compared with an increase of 2.2 percent in 2017'

Gross Domestic Product, Fourth Quarter and Annual 2018 (Initial Estimate) | U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA)

That equals 2.55% for Trump's two years in office.
Plus, he has presided over the first calendar year drop of the DOW since the end of the Great Recession.
Goods trade deficit is the worst EVER.
And the fiscal deficit is out of control - running currently at over $1.2 TRILLION.

Don't Show President Trump This Record-Breaking Trade Deficit Chart
https://www.fiscal.treasury.gov/files/reports-statements/mts/mts.pdf

Tepid economic growth, worsening trade deficit and on pace for a record fiscal deficit spells a shitty President in my books (and I ain't even Democrat).

And if a Dem was in office for all this - it would for you too (unless you are an ignoramus on such things).

To put young, conservative judges on the Supreme Court.

Trump is doing the job(s) he was elected to do but he is hampered by the Democrats who weren't elected to spend all their time with investigations and hearings. Just thinking about those Democreeps gives me dark and evil thoughts.

Healthcare is neither a Right nor a legitimate Constitutional concern of the Federal Government. Including Medicare.

We already established that you don't value healthcare for anyone other than yourself and that you want to take it away from millions

We need walls on BOTH borders, without ports of entry. The fact that Mr Trump has been willing to support a Southern Wall is a great start.

Holy shit folks.

No points of entry? A wall with Canada?

This is what we're dealing with folks.

The tax cuts weren’t large enough, they didn’t include the necessary tax increase on the poor and spending cuts were not implemented. A good start but not enough.

Those "tax cuts" did exactly what they were intended to do.

They could have done whatever they wanted...and what they DIDN'T do was give more than a piddling tax cut to SOME people who weren't rich or corporations

To put young, conservative judges on the Supreme Court.

All the other stuff he's doing is just icing on the cake.

Ding, Ding, Ding...

And here we have it folks, liberals believe judges who make decisions based on the Constitution are damaging our country.

BTW, the choice thing isn't going to happen until 2021.
During Trump's second term.
