As it turns out, the rank & file has always wanted a strongman. They thought Reagan was the guy, but he worked with the Democrats and -- horror of all horrors -- got along with them. He was decent with them.

Trump treats anyone who disagrees with him the way the rank & file want him to. He attacks with everything he has, at a grade school playground level, and demonstrates zero willingness to get along with them.

The voices they choose to trust have convinced them they're "at war" with those who dare to disagree with them. When you're at war, decency is weakness.

That's why I have taken the liberty of searching for plane tickets out of the country so that if that Hitler type strong man is elected, you can flee the country in safety, once and for all.

Just know that you need to do it quick or...........well.............God only knows which concentration camp he will send you.

Doubtless, Reagan has redefined the Republican party. The GOP is no longer the party of Reagan just as the Dems are no longer the party o JFK. GOP has moved to the center while Dems have moved left.
