In terms of actual absolute cash flow in, Federal revenues are going up. It is only as a percentage of the over all economy that it is going down AS PLANNED.

Revenues are down so far in FY 2019 over FY 2018.

And Spending is WAY up.

America is on pace for a $900 billion fiscal deficit as of now.

I followed that for decades. And frankly should continue. This is a fiat currency. This is what happens when politicians vote for things to stay in power when a Republic becomes a Democracy. Always saying the rich get the money is old. For when you are empowered you do nothing. You have not given the peasant class a tax cut since Kennedy. And he was not a progressive socialist. So I know who you are going to screw over. Who you are going to ask to contribute. I ask you to make the cuts needed. You stop at defense all the time. Come on. Cut all the social programs by a third and cut government employees salaries, benefits and pensions by the same. Including retirees. We are stuck in a quagmire. NASA needs to use companies with government funded crony capitalism to put potential manned vehicles in space at an economical price now.
