Not really. The court system always tells the plaintiff that they are not a collection agency, Unless the settlement comes with an agreement to attach property or cash from the defendant to pay the settlement.

While the Reich wing was totally focused on emails, this slipped past them as usual. The people that were hurt by this is quite astounding.

On November 26, 2016, Trump was scheduled in court to face Fraud and Racketeering charges, and then coughed up the 25 million to settle this case. But this case had been going on for 6 years, and Judge Curiel graciously postponed this case until after the election.

If you remember, this was the same judge that Trump attacked for being a Mexican, "who would not give him a fair trial."
