Update: shortly after 6pm, Steven Mnuchin posted a pair of tweets in which he denied that Trump had ever suggested firing Powell, which of course is to be expected: after all it was Mnuchin who picked Powell and it was Mnuchin who was blamed on several occasions by the president for picking the former lawyer as Fed chair:

Brain damage has severely altered the democratic mind. They can't tell when they lie, they forget their lies and when you find them saying one thing in a video where they were all for borders then suddenly in this day and age of 2018 suddenly they aren't for the walls, legal pot etc........... and they just don't care caught in lies or not it's in your face they do not care. They meaning your deep state controllers.
Whether he yanks Powell or not Trump can be good at leading the FAKE MEDIA down one path and then bam it is something totally different than MSM reported. He is good at making them look like idiots.
