So what????????????????He did it.

No, he didn't do it. He announced sanctions. He never implemented them.

Trump's big promise to Putin since before the election was that he would lift sanctions. That's why Trump is working so hard to discredit the Russia Investigation. If the Ukraine backed the DNC and Russia is off the hook, then he can lift the sanctions.

The whole dog and pony show of the 11 day hiring of Anthony Scaramucci, firing of Reince Priebus, resignation of Sean Spicer, firing of Anthony Scaramucci, took place during the week that Bill Browder testified to Congress about the abuses by the Russian government which let to the Magnitsky Act. Browder's block buster testimony was relegated to the back pages of the political section.

Putin wanted Trump elected to get rid of the Magnitsky Act. The meeting with Junior about "Russian orphans" was all about lifting the Maginitsky Act sanctions. Putin barred Americans from adopting Russian orphans in retaliation for the MA sanctions.
