The facts have not changed since day one. Trump is guilty of all the above charges. Some are chargeable and some are not. Campaign finance is one of those that are definitely chargeable. Recent revelations from documents are telling us he is also going to have legal liability with bank and insurance fraud.

And the report did not clear him on obstruction.

Barrs opinion on obstruction is useless. The House can impeach on obstruction if the report that Mueller produced does not clear Trump for that crime, whether it is criminal or not. Barr has no weight in the decision making process, because he is a political appointee who decided obstruction could not be charged to a sitting president before the investigaton was over. The big problem is, Trump is an illegally elected president because of the campaign finance crimes.
