Compared to alcohol, marijuana is not very dangerous at all. You can’t overdose and there’s no comparison when it comes to driving under the influence of alcohol compared to marijuana... not that people should drive while stoned but it’s nothing like driving while drunk.

Marijuana is extremely dangerous and more toxic to the lungs than tobacco.

Besides that how is it dangerous?

There are hundreds of empirical studies on the dangers and harm of marijuana smoke. One is artery expansion.

Marijuana usage also has benefits. People will pollute their bodies if they choose to and there is nothing you or anyone else can do about that. Look up the quantity of deaths caused by marijuana compared to those caused by alcohol within a period of time and get back to me. There is NO comparison.

Doesnt bother me what you put in your body but saying that it is a safe drug is ludicrous.

I never said it was safe. I said it’s not as dangerous as people think it is.
