Both candidates proposals to pay for parental (in Donald's case maternal) care are ... fraudulent. In Trump's case it would actually hare UI insurance pools.

As I understand it, Donald would pay for it by raiding UI insurance. On the face, that's not deficit spending, but leave is not what UI insurance is for, and in recessions the UI insurance generally has to be supplemented with other revenue even without raiding it.

We will pay too with cuts to our social security and medicare. Fuck our kids. Trump's tax plan will cost US down the road. It certainly isn't paying for itself like he said it would. AND it's not even stimulating the economy like he said.

PLUS, his trade war is costing each American $1000. There's more than half the savings I got with his tax bill gone.
