Trump took the Most Sensitive documents possible

Is this how you cover up your embarrassment at being caught demonstrating your ignorance?

You were SO haughty telling someone to "read up" on the PRA. :auiqs.jpg:

And now that it has been shown YOU are the one who has NOT read it, you want to cover up your embarrassment with a red herring?

Sorry. It didn't work.

I understand that you are the biggest fraud on the site, but still.

Do you even know what an indictment is?
The answer is clearly - no -

Once you figure it out
Let us know.

I am amused you tards steadfastly refuse to read the indictment, and then make the most ridiculous claims in your total ignorance of the facts of the case.

In response to the "B-b-b-b-b-but Biden!" fallacy you all so heavily throw around, I ask you this question.

After resisting for over a year, Trump finally voluntarily turned over 197 classified documents he had in his possession, along with several boxes of other government property. Biden turned over ALL the classified documents and government property he had in his possession, and allowed his property to be searched.

With this in mind, is Trump being indicted for possessing any of those 197 classified documents or boxes?

It's a VERY simple question that someone even as credulous as yourself should be able to answer.

Election Fraud.

Election Interference in EVERY election since 2016 perpetrated by Hillary, Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Garland / the DOJ, Wray / the FBI, Blinken...

B-b-b-b-but Hillary! Another favorite of the rubes.

However, the bullshit Trump feeds the tard herd in public is quite different from what he actually believes and understands.

When the grand jury subpoena for any classified documents arrived at his door, however, Trump expressed a very different view to his lawyer, according to the indictment, praising Clinton’s lawyer for deleting the 30,000 emails.

The Clinton lawyer, Trump allegedly said on May 23, 2022, “was the one who deleted all of her emails, the 30,000 emails, because they basically dealt with her scheduling and her going to the gym and her having beauty appointments. And he was great. And he, so she didn’t get in any trouble because he said that he was the one who deleted them.”

“Trump related the story more than once that day,” the indictment notes dryly.

Oh...wow. Just...wow.

Scientists should study how the brains of the Trump Cult became so warped and suffer from such massive, collective amnesia.

It's funny how you rubes take up Trump's bogus talking points and parrot them without engaging a single brain cell in critical thinking.

You fall for this fake made up rule about election interference now that the rapist is the target of several investigations for his crimes.

You were perfectly okay with the FBI interfering in the 2016 election with their investigation of Hillary Clinton right up to the month before the election. Not only were you okay with it, you were OVERJOYED.

Have you already forgotten "LOCKER UP! LOCKER UP! LOCKER UP!"?

How DO you stand the stench of your own hypocrisy?

Karma has now come around to bite all of you, and especially the rapist, right in the crotch.

What is an indictment?

Criminal intent is the historical standard for pursuing prosecution.
It was approx 100 emails that had classified stuff out of 33k emails.
Hillary fully cooperated with investigators.

But Trump snubbed requests for the documents to be returned, had lawyers lie about what he had, and he lied to his own lawyers.

Øbama had classified documents in an unsecure warehouse in Chicago. The Archive negotiated the issue and settled 18 months after he left office.

Trump had classified documents at MAL which has 24/7 Secret Service protection and was negotiating with the Archive which at the 12 months mark decided to involve the FBI/DOJ.

I mean, can you get any more hilarious than whining about "election interference" than this? :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

There is some confusion as to how extremely classified the documents Trump stole, hid, moved, showed to people, and then repeatedly lied about.

Here is a great article explaining just how extremely high level, sensitive, and damaging the documents Trump stole really are.
He's fucked.

Here are some of the documents mentioned in the indictment:
- A document marked TOP SECRET//[redacted]/[redacted]//ORCON/NOFORN that the indictment says concerned "nuclear capabilities of a foreign country."
ORCON means that the material in the document cannot be disseminated outside the U.S. government department that originated it without prior approval.

- A document marked SECRET//FORMERLY RESTRICTED DATA that the indictment says concerned "nuclear weaponry of the United States."
According to a Department of Energy training guide, the Formerly Restricted Data, or FRD, classification is used for materials downgraded from a higher classification that relate "primarily to the military utilization of atomic weapons."
Examples of FRD provided by the guide includes quantities of nuclear weapons in the U.S. stockpile, warhead yields and their locations.

- A document marked TOP SECRET//SI//NOFORN//FISA that the indictment says concerned "military capabilities of a foreign country and the United States, with handwritten annotation in black marker."
NOFORN means the document cannot be shared with a foreign government. FISA refers to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and means the material is from intercepted communications.

- Six top-secret documents marked TK, standing for Talent Keyhole, a classification for materials related to U.S. spy satellites.
The indictment says these documents concerned the military capabilities of foreign countries.

You got him now! Lol, you do know most of Americans see this as a negative thing? Anyway if you put Trump in jail, DeSantis is going to pardon him? Then hopefully he will put Trump in charge of the doj.

Trump would run from and win from jail.

Look at the date of Comey's letter announcing he is reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails: Letter to Congress From F.B.I. Director on Clinton Email Case (Published 2016)

October 28, 2106.

Just DAYS before the election.

And the tards have the unmitigated gall to now be whining about "electiotn interference".

BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

How DO they stand the stench of their own hypocrisy?!?!?

Because the story was about to go public and Comey had no choice.

Øbama had classified documents in an unsecure warehouse in Chicago. The Archive negotiated the issue and settled 18 months after he left office.
And now the final tu quoque fallacy. B-b-b-b-b-but Obama!

Um...retard? The National Archives took custody of Obama's presidential records the day he left office.

Obama paid $3.3 million dollars to pay for the digitizing and storage of those documents for which he would be provided access by the Archivist who had custody of them.

You all just keeping flailing and failing!

Um...retard?

The Secret Service is not in charge of guarding boxes. They are guarding the ex-President. Trump did not even inform the SS about the classified documents.

Flailing and failing!
