Since leaving office, former president Trump has been involved in an array of criminal and civil litigation — some that relates to his campaigns and presidency and some that does not. To cover the enormous legal bills, estimated at more than $100 million, he has turned to his political action committees (PACs), essentially having campaign donors pay costs for which he would otherwise be on the hook personally.

i guess it pays to be immune from prosecution. seriously $100 M is chickenfeed to trump. he makes that every time he calls in a short order to his broker on that scam company of his.

why do these fools send him their social security checks?

It is pretty clear this draining of Trump's campaign funds has been part of the Democrats plan all along. Just as they didn't care that their impeachments weren't going anywhere in the Senate. I doubt they care about trial delays or those 34 convictions being overturned, just as long as they remain over Trump's head until at least the election. It is sad what politics has come down to.

A PAC is not campaign funds.

but, who cares?

Ya'll didn't seem to care that Joey Xiden had a donor pay Hunter's taxes prior to the election..

But Congressional Insider Trading is kewl

All of Bill Clinton's legal issues were paid for by campaign donations. How soon the democrats forget. It was one woman after another plus lawyers for his impeachment.

When in doubt. When you know you have no real argument left to make. When you have nothing to add to the discussion.....it's time to the lame ass whataboutery of WJC. WJC left office 2000. WJC does not hold pubic office. And all you as your argument is lame ass whataboutery, WJC has nothing to do with this discussion, your rank desparation is showing.

Standards are set though. The Prog who spouted. When they get low, we get lower was lying. The reality is when Progs get low Progs get lower as they compete with themselves to hit bottom.
