If I am not mistaken, Trump has said he gave Russia a headsup that the attack was going to happen. Not news.

As for the Russians passing that info on to Syria, that may or may not be true. If the russians have been at that airfield for months, and then suddenly evacuate, it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure out something is coming.
