I would add they would not have removed all but around a dozen Americans at the CDC in China. There was around 50 people there to help with viruses and situations exactly like we are facing now.

They would not have refused tests for the virus from the WHO when the pandemic started. trump refused the WHO tests for the virus so we didn't even start to test until very late after the virus was here and out of control. We, to this day, don't have the proper testing and contact tracing.
