While traveling this afternoon I had a chance to listen to Trump's comment and the press conference that followed. I have been saying that Trump needs to get back out there and wrestle control of the narrative away from the media. He took my advice and planned a rally in Florida for this weekend. He also held the presser today.

Today's presser was the equivalent of hitting 2 grand slams in the same game. He was serious, he was witty, and he called out the media REPEATEDLY for fake news. Does the left not get what constitutes fake news? Trump literally had his way with the media. It was a total raping of the MSM hacks. It was a beautiful thing. Plus, Trump explained policy and made announcements about the upcoming ACA Repeal and up coming tax reform. Trump made the media look like idiots. My favorite part was when Trump was asked what he was going to do about the Russian spy ship off our east coast and he told the reporter that he was not going to tell him and that he did not have to tell the press what he was going to do. It was a wood shed moment.

Trump was rational and specific, and he was effective in combatting this silly leftist media campaign against him. We need more of this. I suspect that if the media keeps up this nonsense that they WILL get more of this, and they will suffer as a result.

I thought it was funny as hell when he was claiming that he had the biggest victory of any other president in recent history, and when the numbers for Obama were shown to be bigger than his, he switched in mid stream and said he meant Republican president, and then was told the numbers of Reagan and Bush that were bigger than his, and then he said that was the information he was given and he's just quoting what he was told.
