Trump thinks, if elected, which is very questionable, he can reduce prices rapidly, and also impose high tariffs on China and imported goods. Basically, he wants to throw America into a recession causing growth stagnation and a severe recession. Economists fear his dangerous plan.

Tariffs are not paid by the country upon which they are imposed, but rather the American consumer. Sadly, the MAGA crowd is not blessed with enough intelligence to really understand that. They blindly follow Trump wherever he leads, but this time he will take them over a cliff they can't recover from.
