Trumps "immunity" defence is punctured by the first question

With Trump, that appears not to be so

Congress members specifically voted against impeachment because Trump was no longer in office
They considered it moot
Yes, they can impeach. They are not required to impeach.
At the time, Impeachment had two results. Remove Trump from office and prevent him from holding future office.
That would have been the result if the impeachment ad led to a removal. It did not. Trump was acquitted.
Making him eligible for criminal prosecution was never raised and Mitch McConnell specifically stated Trump could still be held responsible for his actions
Yes, I know Mitch is your go to for legal advice…

Judge Florence Pan started off her questioning of Trump lawyer John Sauer by offering a novel scenario.

“Could a president who ordered SEAL Team Six to assassinate a political rival and was not impeached, could he be subjected to criminal prosecution?” Pan asked.

After some back and forth, Sauer said, “Qualified yes, if he’s impeached and convicted first.

This is not how democracies run. It is how imperial dictators run things. The US fought against this but perhaps the founders had not considered a trump when forming the constitution.
Biden is INCREDIBLY dangerous, yes.

No. I wasn't aware of that in our two tiered justice system where those on the right are charged and those on the left are not charged.
Liberal, not the left.

Liberals rape the left constantly; you're confusing the perpetrator with the victim, and doing so deliberately, which is disgusting.

The people that are arguing that President Biden is abusing his office because a Special Counsel has indicted his political rival, is now arguing a President can KILL his political opponent and get away with it, providing he isn't impeached for the deed or resigns if impeachment looms. Feel free to justify it.

Judge Michelle Childs, a Biden appointee, noted that a president could resign rather than face impeachment, something that under the framework of Trump’s attorneys would allow them to dodge future prosecution.
Obama murdered Osama bin Laden without due process.

How do you justify this?

Biden is INCREDIBLY dangerous, yes.

P01135809 wants to destroy our country and our democracy, he is incredibly....bigley dangerous.

P01135809 took fucking money from fucking Communist China.

P01135809 made over Eight Million Fucking Dollars (8,000,000.00) selling his office to the highest, including money he made from Communist China.

P01135809 represents a danger to our country, he hates our country and he wants to be a fucking Fascist Dictator.

I’m sure that you’re right. They were so silly and so desperate with their impeachments, they’re at the end it was hard to keep track.
Yet you couldn't not argue why they were silly. You cultists just think you can just shout out your hopes and dreams, and they become true.

Very simply.

He was a terrorist and the United States declared war on terror. A declaration that was signed by congress. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/PLAW-107publ40/html/PLAW-107publ40.htm

In war the leader of the opposing belligerent party is a valid target. So, Bin Laden was.

Now it's your turn. Provide a justification for being immune from prosecution for the killing of a political rival by a US president?

Was he?

By what finding of fact?

See above.

Fabulous.

So you support the "War On Terror," and its use as a justification for extra-judicial murder.

Trump's been called both a terrorist and insurrectionist, so if Biden had Trump murdered, you'd be okay with it, right?
