Yes, it's not uncommon for people coming up in life to have help from their parents....I am sorry you had such a horrible childhood that your parents weren't willing, or maybe unable, to help you.

With that said, buying chips at a Casino isn't "bailing" the Casino out....that's what they are in the business of selling...that's what you get when you give them cash, you play with the chips, it represents your money.
