Tucker Carlson’s Latest Bombshell About January 6 Might Make You Rethink Everything

.

Nobody on the left can name a single "insurrectionist", yet insist there was an "insurrection".

Make sense?

.
Don't be ridiculous. You are arguing against facts AND documented history.
Just because your cult constantly feeds you stupid propaganda talking points like "name one person who was charged with actual insurrection," as if to imply that somebody had to actually be charged with the specific, archaic, and difficult to convict on legal jargon in order for those who attacked our U.S. Capitol that day to be convicted on various crimes they committed IN SERVICE of the insurrection.....which occurred in service of convicted felon Trump's failed coup.

Of the 716 persons charged within the first year by the Department of Justice, 391 were charged with felonies (primarily forms of conspiracy, obstruction and/or violence) and 325 were charged with misdemeanors (primarily forms of trespass).

Conspiracies were the most serious offenses, with two different forms of conspiracies: seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct the certification of an election. The conspirators were largely populated by two major groups— the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys. The Oath Keepers were virtually exclusively Conspirators, either seditious or conspiracy to obstruct, while virtually all other conspirators were members of the
Proud Boys or Three Percenters.

So no one including trump was charged with insurrection. Simp thanks
So you're saying the 2020 riots was an insurrection?

That might be a lucid observation had only the 2020 rioters been going after government officials. Instead, they were going after buildings and cars. Also unlike Trump's insurrectionists, they weren't rioting in opposition of the execution of a law.

Instead, you appear to be a nut who's desperately reaching for an immoral equivalence where there is none.

Charged with crimes resulting from the insurrection.
So you're saying the 2020 riots was an insurrection?
Look at the causes of both civil disturbances. Don't be a cult propaganda parroting simp.
The Jan. 6th 2021 insurrection resulted from a bunch of brainwashed MAGAt idiots believing the words of a fat, bloviating, washed-up, con-man, has-been, reality TV personality who just couldn't accept losing so he thought he'd just hijack our entire government and remain in power despite clearly losing his ass in a free and fair election.

The riots of summer 2020 were the result of societal outrage boiling over from 400 years of oppression and systematic, institutionalized racial injustice and inequity on an industrial and systemic, administrative scale.

The two (Jan. 6th and summer 2020) don't even compare.
They're apples and oranges.

Now, anymore stupid questions Karen?

No posting of fake news. However who was charged with having weapons in capitol property?

Mar 19, 2021 — In at least seven cases, federal prosecutors say rioters used flagpoles as weapons to attack law enforcement or destroy property. The Cases.

A review of the federal charges against the alleged rioters shows that they did come armed, and with a variety of weapons: stun guns, pepper spray, baseball bats and flagpoles wielded as clubs. An additional suspect also allegedly planted pipe bombs by the headquarters of the Democratic and Republican parties the night before the riot and remains at large.

Those weapons brought violence and chaos to the Capitol. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick died one day after two rioters allegedly sprayed him and other officers with what prosecutors describe as an "unknown chemical substance." Four other people in the crowd died in the insurrection, and more than 100 police officers suffered injuries, including cracked ribs, gouged eyes and shattered spinal disks.

As of now, at least 13 people have been hit with illegal gun possession charges stemming from the riot, according to an analysis of arrest records and court documents. Two of them were detained after police noticed a bulge under their clothing. Three people were arrested the night before the riot. Another person,

Liars, all of you.

I am not saying that it was an armed assault or revolt. It was a fucking white collar insurrection in the shadows that lit the fuse that ignited the mob riots.

Trump is the bomb maker with his lies about winning the 2020 election and having it stolen from him.
No such thing exist white collar insurrection? Where is that statute?

Insurrection: Defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2383, insurrection refers to any act of rising against the authority of the state or its laws. Legally, it's the violent uprising against governmental authority. This includes taking up arms or otherwise actively opposing the government's power and lawful authority.

An insurrection is an armed revolt
Stop spreading Russian disinformation

Nope. You'll note you're hallucinating when you see the word, "armed," in the definition...

Insurrection

A rising against civil or political authority; the open and active opposition of a number of persons to the execution of a law in a city or state. It is equivalent to sedition, except that sedition expresses a less extensive rising of citizens.

... it's nowhere in there. You're lying again.

You're lying again. The word, "armed," is not actually in 18 U.S.C. § 2383. It's true an insurrection can include an armed attack, but the attack does not have to be armed to constitute an insurrection...
