They are saying that no company can create and sell any product unless it originally came from their own culture. The list includes traditional medicines. So, if a company can vastly improve a product that could help many people, they are not allowed unless they are part of the culture where it originated.
This will probably mean that only Mexican companies can sell salsa or tacos.

We should not fund the U.N. or listen to these idiots. Is this really a big problem? While there are human rights violations in so many countries, they are more concerned with attacking capitalism. Of course, many members of the U.N. are guilty of human rights violations so they won't address the real serious problems.
