U.S. Latino Activist Group Says States Sending Law Enforcement To The Border To Help USBP Are Committing 'Insurrection'

Immigration law? I have no idea but it's definitely a possible violation of the Constitution depending on what they are doing. The Constitution clearly makes immigration solely a Federal Issue.
Immigration law consists of rules and procedures to be enforced by the federal government. That is no longer happening.

Ergo, what we have now is not immigration, but a criminal exercise. If the feds won't enforce the law to the detriment of the states, then it falls to the states to deal with the resulting situation.

Just because the Fed isn't doing what you want that does nothing to negate the Constitution.

Immigration law? I have no idea but it's definitely a possible violation of the Constitution depending on what they are doing. The Constitution clearly makes immigration solely a Federal Issue.
The Biden administration altered Immigration Law by changing the process of releasing illegals into the US AFTER they have been given a court date, the Biden administration is holding children / illegals in kiddie cages /detention centers longer than legally allowed, by assisting the trafficking of children and illegals all over the US without notifying the local and state agencies they are coming, and more...

When the federal govt REFUSES to fulfill its responsibility of enforcing US Immigration laws, when the federal government refuses to protect the sovereignty of the US and when it refuses to protect the lives of US citizens the states not only have the right but also the responsibility to fill the void by protecting their border and protecting their citizens.

Cartels, coyotes, and illegals are illegally crossing, trespassing on US citizens' property, destroying and damaging property, breaking into homes, stealing valuables and weapons, and injuring / murdering US citizens.

Due to Biden's FAILED Immigration policies states are having to step up.

It doesn't work that way.
So you are trying to say states cannot protect itself from illegal invasion, trespassing, destruction of property, drug / human / child trafficking, theft of weapons / car theft, assaults, murders and states can not assist other states?

Yeah, states can pass its own laws as long as they are not more strict than federal laws. That means states can have their own Immigration laws, the same ones Biden and Democrats refuse to enforce.
Each state has authority over anything within its borders. Texas can defend its borders and so can Arizona and New Mexico. States help each other all the time with wildfires and storms and floods.

States don't have authority over immigration.
they are not there to do anything other then process and arrest illegals the feds missed. The Texas Government turns over everyone legally obliged to by federal law dumbass.

I always refer to your name, the United STATES of America. States, just like provinces; have an obligation to their citizens and the defense of their interests. There may even be some overlap in what concern is in their domain.

There is one fact that remains true, if someone is entering your nation from outside an official port of entry it is a crime.

A U.S. citizen can not "Illegally" enter the U.S.

Not true. Trying to enter the US with an expired passport, among other reasons, is illegal.

A state official has absolutely no way of determining who is here illegally and who is not. This has all been through the courts. Ask Sheriff Arpaio what happens when you intervene.
Again RETARD the state turns over all that they legally must. Or perhaps you can cite for us an exception?

If you want to reply like an adult that would be great.
you can not link to a single instance of Texas not meeting its obligations der Federal law yet you keep claiming they are in violation. What would you have me call you? Mistaken?

This is really just another political stunt by the Repubs.
Tell that to the personnel putting their lives on the line to enforce the law. Seriously.
Who is dying to enforce immigration laws which allow people to claim asylum?
Dying? Gotta stretch it that far? I said they're putting their lives on the line. They can do that without dying, you know. At any rate, the LEO's that are being sent to the border to enforce immigration law and face armed drug dealers need you to tell them it's all a stunt and not real.

I am waiting for an example of Texas violating federal law..... you keep claiming they are, you must have an example of it. Provide the link.

I do NOT know what the state officials are doing. I imagine very little and it's all for show. I posted an example where a state official did and was arrested and found guilty.

Texas has its own Immigration Laws.

In addition to enforcing its own Immigration laws, illegals recently in the news in Texas could be charged with trespassing, breaking and entering, theft (weapons & valuables), grand theft / theft of vehicles, damaging public / private property and more.

You are wrong.

No they can't, The Constitution specifically makes immigration a Federal Issue. Sheriff Arpaio found that out the hard way.
Would you cite that clause. You might see that the issue is Naturalization not immigration.

Would you cite that clause. You might see that the issue is Naturalization not immigration.

Throughout the history of the United States the Supreme Court has upheld all manner of federal statutes regulating immigration. By contrast, Supreme Court decisions preclude states from passing legislation that directly impinges on this area of federal dominion. The Supreme Court’s basis for action is clear when the area regulated is naturalization. Article 1, § 8, clause 4, of the United States Constitution specifically grants Congress the power to establish a "uniform Rule of Naturalization." By expressly allocating this power to Congress, the Constitution prevents the confusion that would result if individual states could bestow citizenship.

Chapter 2: The source and scope of the federal power to regulate immigration and naturalization

Just because the Fed isn't doing what you want that does nothing to negate the Constitution.

Why do you keep bringing up the Constitution?/ The Federal government gave immigration powers to the Federal government, not the Constitution:

"The word “immigration” does not appear in the U.S. Constitution or any of its Amendments. Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 does read, “… To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, …”."

"The 14th Amendment, Section 1 addresses the protection of “All persons born or naturalized in the United States,…” which extended citizenship through the States to the former slaves. The rules of immigration were reserved to the States through the 10th Amendment until the first Federal law was enacted in 1875. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled the following year that immigration regulation was an exclusive Federal responsibility. Congress established the Immigration Service in 1891, which was the first time the Federal government took an active role. Congress enacted additional quota systems after World War I in the years 1921 and 1924."

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC)
There are plenty of Latino U.S. citizens who were born in the U.S. or immigrated lawfully, have their home or property, and they don't want Latin American Communism taking over the country by force or hostility, either.

That group appears to represent citizens of Mexico, and Central and South American countries, not U.S. citizens in any respect.

.

Why? Multiple court rulings and the fact that Sheriff Arpaio was arrested and found guilty because he thought he could enforce immigration laws.

You are using the same argument that those who argue that the 2nd doesn't necessarily mean the people but rather only militia's.

You won't be able to show where state officials are actually doing anything.

People illegally entering our country are breaking the law and are akin to drug smugglers or human traffickers. They should be thrown in jail and deported to their country of origin.
