U.S. Latino Activist Group Says States Sending Law Enforcement To The Border To Help USBP Are Committing 'Insurrection'

A state official has absolutely no way of determining who is here illegally and who is not.
:auiqs.jpg:

That's like claiming US BP Agents have no idea what persons illegally crossing into the US are illegals or not.

Immigration law? I have no idea but it's definitely a possible violation of the Constitution depending on what they are doing. The Constitution clearly makes immigration solely a Federal Issue.
The Biden administration altered Immigration Law by changing the process of releasing illegals into the US AFTER they have been given a court date, the Biden administration is holding children / illegals in kiddie cages /detention centers longer than legally allowed, by assisting the trafficking of children and illegals all over the US without notifying the local and state agencies they are coming, and more...

When the federal govt REFUSES to fulfill its responsibility of enforcing US Immigration laws, when the federal government refuses to protect the sovereignty of the US and when it refuses to protect the lives of US citizens the states not only have the right but also the responsibility to fill the void by protecting their border and protecting their citizens.

Cartels, coyotes, and illegals are illegally crossing, trespassing on US citizens' property, destroying and damaging property, breaking into homes, stealing valuables and weapons, and injuring / murdering US citizens.

Due to Biden's FAILED Immigration policies states are having to step up.

It doesn't work that way.
So you are trying to say states cannot protect itself from illegal invasion, trespassing, destruction of property, drug / human / child trafficking, theft of weapons / car theft, assaults, murders and states can not assist other states?

Yeah, states can pass its own laws as long as they are not more strict than federal laws. That means states can have their own Immigration laws, the same ones Biden and Democrats refuse to enforce.
Each state has authority over anything within its borders. Texas can defend its borders and so can Arizona and New Mexico. States help each other all the time with wildfires and storms and floods.

States don't have authority over immigration.
they are not there to do anything other then process and arrest illegals the feds missed. The Texas Government turns over everyone legally obliged to by federal law dumbass.

I always refer to your name, the United STATES of America. States, just like provinces; have an obligation to their citizens and the defense of their interests. There may even be some overlap in what concern is in their domain.

There is one fact that remains true, if someone is entering your nation from outside an official port of entry it is a crime.

A state official has absolutely no way of determining who is here illegally and who is not. This has all been through the courts. Ask Sheriff Arpaio what happens when you intervene.
Again RETARD the state turns over all that they legally must. Or perhaps you can cite for us an exception?

Immigration law consists of rules and procedures to be enforced by the federal government. That is no longer happening.

Ergo, what we have now is not immigration, but a criminal exercise. If the feds won't enforce the law to the detriment of the states, then it falls to the states to deal with the resulting situation.

I am waiting for an example of Texas violating federal law..... you keep claiming they are, you must have an example of it. Provide the link.

We need millions of more Latinos !?
I can barely even hear English any more

It’s like I am living in Latin America

LULAC teaches that this country actually belongs to Hispanics and is the nation of Aztlan. So it would be insurrection against the nation of Aztlan and its true Aztec people.

easyt65
I walk around here in Vegas and I don’t even know if I am on US soil
Spanish is a gutter rat, peasant language

You’re letting millions of mostly criminals into the USA
These are thugs and criminals that are being dumped into America

This is really just another political stunt by the Repubs.
Tell that to the personnel putting their lives on the line to enforce the law. Seriously.
Who is dying to enforce immigration laws which allow people to claim asylum?
Retard Thousands a month illegally cross that are criminals and have no intention of asking for asylum. In both Arizona and Texas border patrol and cops have been fired on and just the other day 3 illegals broke into a house in Texas and stole two loaded weapons and more ammo.

That is BS. Mexico gave us Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California in 1849.
All it took was a gun to the head and they signed away their country freely, just like the Native American Indians...

Most of them have zero skills and violent crime is being committed all over the nation

If someone is stealing a car they can be arrested but you know that is not what is being discussed.

You stated states can not send officers to the border to help other states deal with Illegal Immigration. You are wrong.

As i pointed out, states can pass their own laws covering the same crimes federal laws do. Those states can then enforce those laws. other states can also send officers to help states like Texas.

Texas has its own Immigration Laws.

In addition to enforcing its own Immigration laws, illegals recently in the news in Texas could be charged with trespassing, breaking and entering, theft (weapons & valuables), grand theft / theft of vehicles, damaging public / private property and more.

You are wrong.

No they can't, The Constitution specifically makes immigration a Federal Issue. Sheriff Arpaio found that out the hard way.
Naturalization is an exclusive federal issue. Invasion is a state and federal issue. When an invader illegally crosses the border and enters private property they are trespassing and subject to arrest. Trafficking in humans and drugs also violates state law. Entering illegally does not confer immunity for subsequent crimes.
