Most of those targets aren't vulnerable to the Ukraine's drone attacks.
The Ukraine is attempting to destroy civilian targets and that's rather strange because it could start an escalation that could lead to a real war.

It's not psychological warfare; it's about correcting misconceptions about the relative strengths of Ukraine and Russia.

In any case, there can be no peace until Russia acknowledges it has been defeated in Ukraine.

There is no any "misconception". Russia have much more nukes that Ukraine, therefore Russia is stronger.

In any case, there can be no peace until Russia acknowledges it has been defeated in Ukraine.

Actually, the war isn't started yet. It's still a "special operation". Yes, Putin can finish this conflict at any moment, but he prefer to finish it with minimally possible collateral damage. Escalation may cause unnecessary deaths and destruction.
