By the very definition of the law - UNDENIABLY - Hillary Clinton is GUILTY!

Former FBI Director James Comey authored the final report regarding the investigation into Hillary Clintons HIGHLY ILLEGAL unauthorized, unencrypted, unsecured server on which she had TOP SECRET+ data - data so secret Obama himself stated about it that it could NOT be released in any capacity because to do so would cause GRAVE DAMAGE TO OUR NATIONAL SECURITY'.

In that report Comey used the VERY SPECIFIC words ' GROSS NEGLIGENCE' repeatedly in his report, describing Hillary Clinton's mishandling of TOP SECRET Classified data.

The EVIDENCE / CLASSIFIED DATA AND DEVISES were destroyed NOT in accordance with specific laws ,rules, and guidelines - in dong so Hillary and her team committed crimes of illegally destroying classified).
