Unfair Trial

You can google it. When Trump told police not to be "nice" when putting prisoners into the police car.

Trump Trump Truuummmppppp! Trumpitey Trump Trump. All roads lead to Trump. Did the sun rise? Trump did it. He made the rain fall.
It's about the hypocrisy republicans have not just for Trump but for Chauvin. A convicted felon, they're trying to defend the criminal actions of. Just pointing out they're doing the same of Trumps criminal actions.

It's a pattern.

Take your comment to another board. This thread is about Chauvin appealing his sentence and not about Trump.
To the deranged ALL subjects are Trump. There is not one thing you can dream up that cannot be connected to Trump. Did your cat get out and come back pregnant? Trump is responsible.

While it is not generally known, YOU CANNOT APPEAL A CONVICTION BASED ON THE THEORY THAT THE JURY GOT IT WRONG. The jury's decision is FINAL, and not subject to appeal.

You can only appeal based on procedural matters at the trial, where you claim that the judge fucked up. Allowed testimony that should not have been allowed, excluded evidence that should have been presented to the jury, and so on.

Maybe in this case, the judge should have supported a change in venue, or something like that, but you cannot appeal a jury's decision. That is final.

He is wrong.

If someone tells you it is their opinion the moon is made out of green cheese then that opinion is wrong.
That is not an opinion, that is a (false) statement of fact whether or not he prefaces it with "in my opinion".
If he says we have the "best looking" moon in the solar system, that IS an opinion and cannot be wrong.

It's a common republican meme to say, they would be alive today if they had quietly complied.

Yet when Trump refused to comply with the National Archives, republicans were saying resistance is O.K.

Hypocrisy runs rampant.
.

So is it a common demoncrat meme to say "Resist anything that an armed policeman tells you"?

This is a good thing. This will make things much easier.

They are making a unique case of "mental" jury tampering. But I believe it must fail because every juror can be assumed to face possible mental or indirect ramifications stemming from their verdict.

Only when there is direct pressure, such as through threats or bribery, can the jury's verdict be overturned. And no such direct pressure existed.

So Chauvin was convicted despite reasonable doubt?
There may have been doubt as to what George Floyds lifespan would have been.
There was no doubt that it was made SHORTER by the actions of Derek Chauvin.
And that's the definition of murder. Whether a life is cut short by 60 years or 60 seconds.

In your mind. (ahem)

But your mind (ahem) is not the only alleged mind in the world.

Funny how you dimwittedcrats think you are the only creatures on the planet that matter.

Street drugs were found in his system.

Now where is that link where a Coroner declared the drugs as the cause of death? Because the drugs in the system isn’t a cause of death. That is determined by a Medical Examiner. Where is the report from a ME who said Drugs were the cause of death?
