But if they are using race to determine who gets extra help then that is racial discrimination.

Ignorance has never been excused in black communities. But it has in white ones. That is why white racists get online and create threads like this one.

"Stand And Deliver" was a great movie about raising expectations of minority kids on advanced math. It should be STANDARD VIEWING in all public schools.
