My post #2 & post #3 both reveal that the agenda of FEMA is now to push the climate agenda and creating equity in the nation, NOT simply restoring local people to their previous condition, as is stated in the law.

Wrong. Congress appropriated 20 billion but it was designated for specific programs. One program was the Emergency Disaster Relief Fund.

The one in question is the SSP . That’s what you all are bitching about and it was appropriated for that purpose (food and housing for illegals) by the Republican Congress
