No. When I ask questions, it usually means I am hoping to get an honest, understandable answer. Sometimes, I will ask a rhetorical question in which I am not so interested in an answer as I am in making a point.

You frequently talk at me as if I were somehow attempting to force you to take some action against your will. I may try very hard to convince you of this or that, but I am only strings of text on your computer screen. I cannot force you to do anything against your will.

And who are you quoting with the phrase "your plans to save earth nonsense"? You know how quotation marks work, don't you? See, now, that was a rhetorical question.
