I'm not even going to try and make a "post" out of this, just let this sink in both DEMS and REPUBS.

If you haven't considered this yet, just realize what this means.

50% of all Americans make less than $12.87/hr.

If you divide the US Median wage by 2020 hours of a formerly standard 40 hour work week.

Do you see the crisis yet?

The REPUBLICANS have no answer, they say "if you're poor, get a better job".

WHAT BETTER JOBS YOU AHOLES?

What crisis?

The only crisis I read is people who has way to much envy, jealous and materialistic.

How about giving JTPA's that would allow the lower earning worker to find a higher paying job?

Only works if we somehow sever the tie of labor markets to the wage market.

There's no easier way to put it, if you inundate high-paying jobs with qualified workers, you lower the wages.

Which is counter-productive.

The only crisis I read is people who has way to much envy, jealous and materialistic.

50% of all Americans earn a wage ($12.83/hr) that is less than Russia's median wage.

That means 50% of Americans are worse off than the typical RUSSIAN.

But no, no, there's no crisis here.

What is the Russian Middle Class? Probably Not What You Think

What does the Russians have that they don't?

Oh yea Obama care

.

I don't know what you're trying to say? Russia is growing their income, reducing their income gap, has full healthcare provided by the state, and massive government assistance as a socialist-quasi-communist country. It's funny how Republicans think Putin is awesome but Putin is a socialist and Russia's second largest political party is the COMMUNIST PARTY lol.

In Russia, you vote for Nationalist Socialists (Putin) or you vote Communist.

But Right-wing jerk-offs are in love with Putin somehow?

It's actually $13.87 in 2014.
Ask Obama why so many companies have fled offshore with their jobs since he took office.

Well you raise the wage of the lower end of the workforce and the prices rise along with it, so no winning solution is there?

The reality of the world is there will be the rich, middle class, and poor, and the best solution is to have a strong middle class that is larger than the poor and rich sectors of our society.

The only way to have this happen is through proper education that does not cost too much that will help those in the middle class obtain decent paying jobs.

So you JTPA the society to better paying jobs, and yes if you educate society in one sector of the employment community it will lower wages, so make sure you balance it out...

I hate to tell you this but other countries already figured out how to create strong middle classes.

You tax the rich incomes so the rich, senior management pays themselves less and has no other option than to distribute their otherwise earnings to the middle management and middle income worker.

$12.87 an hour?

No wonder Americans can't compete with foreign workers.

We need to be making far less than that in order to get back in the game.

Government trickle down economics, right?

Problem is taxing the one percent will only cover so much and what need to be done is looking at our NAFTA, CAFTA and other free trade agreements, and how they hurt the working class in this country.

Also if you are going to tax then tax correctly where a corporation will invest into this country and not send their business to nations like China or Vietnam...

Finally, someone flipping a damn burger is not worth more than a dollar an hour to me, and are a dime a dozen in the workforce, so raising their wage to fifteen or twenty dollars a hour is beyond stupid and demanding a company to do so is total bullshit.

But please keep on wishing for a communist nation where the government tell you how to live and think and what you can or can not do for the pennies they believe you are worth...

I prefer to own my own company and pay accordingly, and I sub-contract the work and my workers make fifty percent off the contract and pay their own taxes.

Maybe more Americans should be like that, what you say?

It means Obama's plan to give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens will continue to hurt middle and lower income Americans.

The REPUBLICANS have no answer

I have an answer. Cut corporate taxes. Cut moronic regulations. Repeal Obamacare.
Stop strangling new business formation. Stop electing stupid socialists, but then I repeat myself.

This doesn't work, cutting corporate taxes incentivizes corporations to put their money into Stocks/bonds or into other non-capital related interest accruing instruments.

Where do you moronic Conservatives think that if you cut taxes companies will invest that money in workers?

These people make, roughly speaking, anywhere from $4,000 to $10,000 per person per year year in nominal terms.

Ummmmm....fucking moron. LOL!

You're the fucking moron who doesn't realize $20,000 a year is much much closer to $10,000 per year, than it is to $55,000 per year (the average wage in the US).

We should raise our already highest in the world corporate tax rate? LOL!
Yes, driving more companies offshore will help raise wages.
That's some world class stupid you're using there.
