The Vatican have now confirmed rumours that The Pope held a private meeting with Kim Davis and her husband during his US tour.

Rumours circulated that The Pope and Davis met at the Vatican embassy in Washington DC last week, where Davis was praised for her “courage” and told to “stay strong” by the Pope.

While Vatican spokesman Rev Federico Lombardi refused to confirm or deny the rumours at the time, a spokesman has since confirmed the news to The New York Times, though they offered no further information.

Wish HE would have had the courage to express these sentiments openly, instead of in secret...

Too bad he couldn't openly support Davis, but the left is very intolerant of dissenting points of view.

Ha ha! We told you Our Kim was cool and has God on her side. Pope says so too.

And? Did he tell her to violate the Constitution?

She can "stay strong" on the unemployment line.

Why would he...she didn't violate the Constitution.

Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...

Do you think anyone told the Pope she has been married 4 times and had children out of wedlock? With so many marriages, you would think from the odds alone she would have given birth while married.

When the Pope was a young man, they had a name for such women and it rhymes with "war".

We don`t know what the Pope told this hillbilly with 1 God, 2 kids, 3 husbands and 4 marriages. She`s a bit shy on integrity, to be kind.

As a public official she is putting her religious beliefs above her official duties. That's a violation of the Constitutional separation of church and state.

Separation of church and state is NOT part of the Constitution.

She's not making a law, she is exercising her rights. She is saying that she personally, exercising her first amendment right of freedom of religion, cannot be forced by laws of the United States to violate her religious convictions.

That doesn't mean that she can't be county clerk...that would be religious discrimination.

Apparently her religious beliefs say one woman and four husbands.

And Saul of Tarsus persecuted and killed Christians before his conversion and the forgiveness of his sins. You know him as Paul, who wrote many of the letters of the New Testament.

He tells you this himself...Acts 22:4.

So what's your point exactly. That she made mistakes before she was born again?

It's true. And now she wants to live in the Word.

Are you condemning her for being true to her religion?

Jesus said "Go and sin no more"
