It must be REALLY strange there right now. NO sports games to bet on, no gamblers to fleece, no glitzy shows. Vegas will definitely lose LOTS of money during the virus storm. But I would bet (no pun intended) they DO have odds on how long the virus crisis will last. I've heard they have odds for virtually everything that you can make wagers on.

No it doesn't.

I was in Vegas in February 2009. It was very creepy. Everything was frozen. The streets were nearly empty. I could drive down the strip without stopping. Cranes that were once building structures were stuck frozen in the air. The structure was stuck frozen in the middle of being built.

I have gone there a few times since then. The last time was in 2017.

It IS kind of fun, I would suspect. I've never been to Vegas, so I can't personally attest to this. However, I lived in the Phoenix, Arizona area from 1977-2010. There was a certain street downtown where the hookers congregated. My friends and I would every once in a great while go there and have a look. It was a fairly dangerous area, so we didn't stay very long. We WERE propositioned a few times, but we thankfully never partook in their "services". My dad told me the story of when he was working as a truck driver ALL around the city and its suburbs, he had a hooker come right up to his truck and proposition him. He turned her down, of course. The reason? It was in the middle of the summer in downtown Phoenix, and it was WAY too damn hot! Good old dad, one of my fond memories of him.
