Why is it illegal to talk of Biden investigation if Biden is implicated in a crime? Just because he's running? Run for President and you are "hands-off?" Why does that not apply to Trump then? Maybe that's why they ran him!

Why did Giuliani announce this in the first place? Did the Democrats announce their Steele dossier efforts?

And why does Giuliani have to go there at all. You can't pick up a phone and call them to discuss the matter?
