ISIS is the Islamic State in Syria. ISIL is what obama calls them because that is the Islamic State in the Levant and includes Israel which is what obama wants to do. Daesh is what they call themselves.

Unfortunately, too many are simply unemployable. The liberal education system is responsible for that. Too many others without education or marketable skills still see entry level jobs as beneath them. It would take generations to fix this mess. Still, there are many, capable of working who will definitely do better under conservative leadership.
