Will CNN learn from this? We shall see if they go on to bully the next "conservative" kid. Usually the defendant will pay a settlement to avoid going to trial where they could end up paying a whole lot more, so I'm sure they settled for a pretty penny. 25 MIL does not seem an unreasonable amount, considering he was suing them for $250 million if I recall correctly.
