The 43-year-old, who has multiple prior arrests, was originally denied bond in December over the robbery due to his criminal history, according to NBC Washington. However, another judge released him two weeks later.

He's also wanted in Maryland and is set to be extradited there next months, according to NBC Washington.

When he attacked Bautista, he was wanted in DC and Prince George's County for failing to appear in court.
