Pat went to a traveller halting site in Finglas, Dublin, to speak to people living there about the conditions they are faced with on a daily basis. Many of the homes have electric cables left uncovered in the outdoors and children are forced to play in unsafe areas surrounded by debris.
However, despite calls for improved conditions, many Irish people are concerned about traveller halting sites being set up in their communities.
