What do Democrats think they will accomplish?

What is their goal in attacking President Trump?
Do they think there is some magical solution that would replace President Trump With Hillary?
They want to hold up Gorsuch confirmation. Do they think that if President Trump is impeached Pence will pick someone else?
Seems to me the democrats are proving they are the real obstructionists in DC. They care more about themselve then they do about us.

Is this your way of saying that the Republicans were fucking idiots for not going along with everything Obama wanted to do?
Wouldn't be more accurate to say that democrats are hypocrites for attacking President Trump on everything after spending eight years crying about the republicans attacking President Obama?

Their goal is to politically assassinate Trump. They are livid that their Goddess Hillary lost the election and will, by any means necessary, destroy her victorious opponent.

I'm not a historical scholar but I can't recall any other election in history that has caused the losing party to be as hateful, nasty, and vitriolic as this one. I thought the Bush v Gore election, (the Democrat response was similar), was ugly, but it can't hold a candle to what is happening currently. Democrats are in a major, possibly terminal, meltdown.

As I have stated a couple of times in the threads, what is happening to Trump is a Democrat conspiracy in search of a crime. One of our opponents responded with "Not everybody in intelligence is a Democrat". While that it true, the vast majority of the upper echelon of them are, and they and their Democrat underling in those agencies are creating havoc with innuendo and by leaking classified information.

The Democrats are using such terms as "possible(ly)", "suggests", "may have", and "circumstantial", etc, that they are hearing/reading on CNN, MSNBC, NY Times and WaPo, and the like, to form their belief that Trump is absolutely guilty, thereby feeding their fury.

Finally, I don't know what the outcome of this mess is going to be, but I fear that the results will signal the destruction of one party or the other.

I know......After that love fest Republicans gave Obama

After that love fest that Democrats gave Bush (There, I finished your thought for you).

Your outrage is rather one sided, isn't it!?!?

Lets see....What love fest did Democrats give Bush?
They supported his Medicare Part D and No Child Left Behind initiatives
After 9-11 they gave him free reign to do whatever he thought necessary to fight terrorism. They supported him on the Patriot Act, forming Homeland Security, Invading Afghanistan and even Iraq when he asked for it. They supported his request for TARP

Can you name a single initiative where even a single Republican supported Obama?

Let's see... "Illegitimate President", "Chimp", "Monkey Boy", "Shrub", "ignorant, stupid, dumb", "Impeachment", etc.

False claims about Bush (sound familiar?).

The first 6 years of his Presidency the Democrats were the minority but still had a voice, but the last 2 years the Democrats had the majority and locked out Republicans, and blocked Bush every way they could. (Did you notice the economy started tanking after the Democrat got Congress?)

Passed Dodd-Frank that destroyed hometown banks and small business' and then blamed Bush for the result.

Like they are doing to Trump, they blocked Bush's appointments and nominees. (Obama's weren't touched)

Unprecedented number of filibusters.

Democrats block Bush initiates:

Democrats Set to Block Bush Initiatives

Democrats Are United in Plans To Block Top Bush Initiatives (washingtonpost.com)

...etc.

What are you, 20 years old and don't know anything about it, or do you have a severe, terminal case of selective memory. My guess is selective memory that goes along with your selective outrage and your chronic double standard.

What Democrat in Congress ever called Bush chimp or shrub or screamed "You LIE" ?

Bush had an 86% approval rating after 9-11. That includes a lot of Democratic voters.
You can't say Bush did not receive support from Democrats

I CAN say that Obama received NO support from Republicans and back it up

TREASON is very serious--regardless of who is in the Oval office. In this case collosion with a Foreign adversary to interfere into an American is TREASON. We consider cyber attacks to be the 21st century Act of War.

It's not (ONLY) Democrats that are making the charge on this, it is John McCain & Lindsey Graham (both Republicans.)

US Officials: Info suggests Trump associates may have coordinated with Russians - CNNPolitics.com

In FBI Director Comey's comments the other day he did say something that should have caught everyone's ear: "They acted like they weren't even concerned about getting CAUGHT." That can only mean one thing. They have been CAUGHT.

Meaning this is a thousand times worse than Watergate--because it involves a foreign adversary versus a single breakin of a DNC office.

Thanks for the laugh. McCain and Graham against Trump. What a shock.

John McCain is a war hero and he is a Patriot of this country. As long as I have watched him (for decades) he has NEVER been one to stretch the truth.

Trump is a pathological liar, and the only loyalty he has ever shown to anyone, was to himself and Russia. Whiile he was continually insullting & offending Republicans, he was praising Vladamir Putin.

BULLSHIT--John McCain has been verbally attacked and insulted by others before, and he has never gone out on a personal agenda to get even with what they have said.

Trump is done--HE HAS LOST ALL credibility with his continual NON-STOP lies and misinformation he puts out there. Comrade Trump is in FACT the FAKE news.

The investigation is still under wraps. But we do know more than we did a week ago

Possible outcomes

1. Trump only had marginal legal contact with Russia

2. Trumps agents had illegal contact with Russia but a link to Trump can't be proven

3. Trump was involved but there was no smoking gun of offering removal of sanctions or other concession in return for Russian hacking

4. Trump offered "This for That"

3 and 4 could lead to impeachment with 4 leading to Trump going to prison for Treason

.
Of course, not one word of this is true. There is absolutely no evidence Trump or any of his associates had any illegal contacts with the Russian government. In fact, no hard evidence has been provided that the Russian government had anything to do with the hacking of the DNC or with providing any of the Wikileaks emails. Furthermore, no one has explained why the normally reclusive CIA made so many speculations about Russian involvement in the middle of an election campaign.

I repeat: not one piece of hard evidence has been provided that Trump or his associates had any illegal contacts with the Russian government or that the Russian government had anything to do with the DNC hack or the Wikileaks emails, and no one has explained why the CIA chose to offer these speculations during the election campaign unless is was in order to influence the election in favor of Clinton.

Evidence is still being gathered. Right now we have evidence of Russian tampering and contact between Trump representatives and the Russians. We also have evidence of Trump modifying the GOP platform to favor Russia, defending Putin and considering recognizing Russia's right to Crimea and lifting sanctions

Right now, we are probably at Option 2

But people have a way of talking when they are on the verge of being prosecuted. We will see if any of that talking leads to Trump
Again, there is absolutely no evidence Trump or anyone associated with his campaign or government did anything illegal with respect to Russia, and there is no hard evidence the Russian government did anything illegal during the election, so there is no basis for any such investigation. What should be investigated is the investigation, itself, since it is a gross misuse of government resources for political purposes. I think this is the direction in which the Congressional investigations are moving.

We are now at option 2. There is evidence that Flynn and Manafort failed to register as foreign agents. More evidence is being collected against them through interviews, phone records, personal recollection

Yes there is hard evidence that Russia did something illegal. They hacked DNC records

There is also evidence that Trump modified the GOP platform to favor Russia, that he defended Putin, that he started to lay the groundwork to remove sanctions and recognize Russian control over Crimea

If the two are ever connected.......Trump is guilty of Treason

So where are we so far:

1. CLEVELAND during the RNC Convention: July 2016 Trump advisers admit to meeting with Russian ambassador (after Jeff Sessions was accused of lying under oath to congress.)

"Another national security adviser to the Trump campaign, J.D. Gordon, also disclosed Thursday that he had met with Kislyak, this time during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland in July. That meeting was first reported by USA Today. Gordon had advocated for language in the GOP platform that the Ukrainians not be armed in their battle against pro-Russian separatists, an effort was ultimately successful. But Gordon says he was simply advocating what Trump himself had expressed -- that he did not wish to see major war break out over the situation in Ukraine.'

3. Jeff Sessions accused of lying under oath during his confirmation hearing. According to a source it's not unusual for member on the armed service committee to meet with Foreign ambassadors, but none of the other 13 on this committee had met with the Russian ambassador, only Sessions did twice during the campaign season. Sessions also filled out a questionaire prior to the confirmation hearing and stated that he had no contact with any Russians and signed it. Sessions then recuses himself from the Russian investigation.

"When he was asked in his confirmation hearing what he would do if there was evidence anyone associated with Donald Trump’s presidential campaign had communicated with the Russians, Sessions replied that he wasn’t aware of any such “activities,” and added, “I did not have communications with the Russians.” A questionnaire he filled out for the committee also asked whether he had had contact with the Russians, to which Sessions, according to the Post, wrote, “No.”

Lots of unsubstantiated claims but no hard evidence of any illegal actions by Trump or anyone associated with the Trump campaign. The entire Russia thing was invented by the Obama administration to try to distract voters from her illegal activities with her secret private server. There never been one piece of hard evidence presented to connect Russia with the Trump campaign or even that the Russian government provided the emails to Wikileaks. The only crimes we have evidence of are the Obama administration misusing intelligence resources for political purposes and having the CIA effectively campaign for Clinton while bitching and moaning about Comey investigating Clinton's illegal actions.

There is no evidence of criminal activity by Flynn and no evidence of criminal activity by Manifort while he was connected to the campaign. The rest of you post is just idiocy. The fact that you don't like Trump's policies doesn't make them treason. Are you really too stupid to understand that or are you just trying to be annoying?

Evidence is being investigated. There is evidence of collaboration with the Russians. If their story checks out there will be no problem

See how easy it is?

However if evidence turns up that Trumps actions to relieve sanctions with Russia in return for their assistance in his campaign.......that would be TREASON
Wouldn't you agree?

4. General Flynn also lied to the FBI under oath. Stating he did not have a conversation with the Russian Ambassador regarding the new sanctions that Obama was imposing on Russia for hacking into the election. Obviously the conversation was wiretapped. Flynn gone.Over this weekend we learned that General Flynn was also a paid lobbyist for Turkey, being paid 500K and actually attending intelligence briefings.

6. Roger Stone a long time friend and Trump Senior adviser ADMITS to having a back door into Wikileaks and actually being in contact with the Russian that hacked into DNC databases.

"In the final months of the 2016 campaign, longtime Donald Trump associate Roger Stone repeatedly discussed his backchannel communications with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and claimed knowledge of forthcoming leaks from the group, a CNN KFile review of his public statements shows. Stone's comments about WikiLeaks have come under increased scrutiny as the FBI and congressional committees investigate whether Trump associates were involved in Russian efforts to interfere in the 2016 election."

Get your crayons and coloring books out turn on your Sean Hannity, you're in for one hell of a ride.

Bullshit. This whole Russian thing is just a scheme the Obama administration invented to distract voters from Clinton's illegal activities with her secret private server.
They want to overthrow the greatest nation in the world, and establish a totalitarian regime in place of our constitutional republic.
