There has been no evidence to date that Obama spied on Trump.

He was briefed on an FBI's counter-intelligence operation overseen by a Republican named Comey and insisted that everything is DONE BY THE BOOK. This counter intelligence operation was the subject of leghly investigation by Trump's DOJ IG, was found to be conducted without political bias and appropriately predicated.
